Meet Suzanne Lauritzen - a highly accomplished founder, investor, board member, and associate professor with a strong track record across entrepreneurship, AI, innovation, and digital transformation.

She has founded three companies and led two successful exits, giving her deep, hands-on experience across the full company lifecycle -from ideation and scaling to governance and exit.

WHAT STANDS OUT ABOUT THIS CANDIDATE?

Suzanne co-founded LogBuy, an employee engagement platform that was successfully acquired by VISMA Group and Reward Gateway. She is also the founder of raffle.ai, focusing on AI-powered search and assistant solutions.

Following her exit journey, Suzanne founded ExitWomen, a community for women who have founded and exited companies, and now supports early-stage startups through her newest venture, The SuperAngel Club.

Alongside her entrepreneurial work, Suzanne is an active investor in eg. Alliance VC, PSV, and Airtame, backing ambitious founders and innovative companies across the Nordic ecosystem.

She contributes academically as an Associate Professor at Roskilde University, and previously at the Copenhagen Business School, where she teaches innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership—bridging theory with real-world execution.
