Charlotte is Co-founder & CEO at HIVE Robots, building an ecosystem to unlock humanoids and robotics in real-world organisations—focused on skills, collaborative innovation, and tangible value supporting welfare and sustainability. She is also Board Member at Crestwing, supporting commercialisation of wave energy converters and capital raising, and Board Member at Board Women Denmark, helping companies realise growth potential. In addition, she serves on Fredensborg Kommune’s Business Council and Climate Council, bringing a pragmatic public-private perspective. Previously, she founded and led True Energy, developing smart charging solutions and scaling partnerships across utilities and energy stakeholders.
